Abstract

Academic Digital Ecosystem is defined as the interaction and integration of all factors involved in the paradigm for a higher education institution. According to that proposed by the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of Colombia, outline the elements of a digital ecosystem are: infrastructure, services, applications and users. Considering the end user as the primary beneficiary and given the high number of users who have access to mobile devices, a research project that would likely identify business processes to be supported with technology, seeking to optimize time and resources was raised. The progress of the project includes the built architecture and integration model used, as well as the technical details needed to integrate more than eight platforms developed with different languages, on different operating systems.
