Perception of social actors for the commercialization of sugarcane juice in biodegradable packaging

This article seeks to answer the question: How to know the perception of sellers and the acceptance of potential consumers for the commercialization of sugarcane juice in biodegradable packaging? and the objective: To identify the perception of the sellers and the acceptance of possible consumers for the commercialization of sugarcane juice in biodegradable packaging; it frames a characterization of the sector but is emphasized in a qualitative analysis of the market, involving the actors related to the sale and purchase of guarapo (seller and consumer), whose position and degree of acceptance of the proposed product were identified; These results were obtained from the information obtained after applying the technique established in the methodological design (Likert-type interview to informal guarapo sellers (6), characterized in the year 2021 by the secretary of entrepreneurship and tourism of Florencia Caquetá, and the sample of 183 potential consumers (DNP 2018).
