Referential framework of organizational management in Colombian companies in the health services sector

Abstract

The research included the development of a referential framework, for organizational management, that can be applied to any type of healthcare services SMEs, resulting in the improvement of organizational and operational processes of the companies. It was supported by Cámara de Comercio de Bucaramanga (CCB), Instituto Nacional de Tecnología Industrial (INTI) and Universidad de Santander (UDES). The study addressed in this project is explanatory in nature. Its design is experimental with a cross-sectional approach and employs deductive method. The research began by identifying management technologies. In the second phase, a referential framework was designed based on management technologies. As the third phase, the effectiveness of the proposed referential framework was validated through its application in two healthcare services sector companies, and the scope and limitations of the proposed referential framework were socialized based on the evaluation of the exercise conducted in the two companies.
