The objective of this article is to make a bibliometric analysis of the variables: human talent management (GTL) in job satisfaction (LS) and organizational commitment (OC), based on the analysis of the strategies used by the organizations studied, and to recognize existing key research topics and identify future research challenges. A bibliographic, hermeneutic and bibliometric study was employed during the period from 1988 to 2022. Data collection was through Scopus and included the analysis of 114 articles. The results obtained reflect that satisfaction is linked to organizational commitment and maintain a direct relationship. The authors conclude on the importance and the role of human talent management on job satisfaction and the consequent organizational commitment; and that every day managers and owners of companies give greater relevance to these variables for their organizations.
