Description and systematization of tutorship at the Universidad de Antioquia.

The aim of this study was describing and systematizing of tutoring experiences carried out at the Universidad de Antioquia, identifying its strengths and weaknesses, and proposing, not only academic tutoring programs, but comprehensive education for the student. Findings showed that the tutorship in academic programs is developed distinctly, but, the teacher’s commitment, creativity to solve situations, the student’s motivation and his or her awareness are factors related with its high quality, making it more comprehensive.Downloads
