Business Model Canvas, Circular Economy for an agrotourism service company
Abstract
The growing demand for a more sustainable economy has significantly impacted business models, particularly in the tourism sector. This research aimed to formulate a Business Model with a circular economy approach for an agrotourism service company. The design employed was non-experimental and transactional, with no manipulation of variables. Data collection was conducted at a single specific moment, using a mixed research approach and two types of samples, to which a questionnaire and interviews were applied to validate the value excluding implementation and evaluation. The research was carried out in the municipality of Ocaña, (Norte de Santander). The results present a promising perspective for identifying business opportunities within the framework of the circular economy.
