Abstract

The purpose of this article is to delve into business cooperation by analyzing the cooperation networks between companies and organizations, as well as the importance and the fulfillment of objectives in business cooperation agreements. For this purpose, a review of bibliographic sources took place and 59 companies in the manufacturing sector located in Bucaramanga are analyzed. The Business Cooperation Agreements survey is applied so it can measures associativity indicators in business units. The results indicate that, although most of these companies are interested in creating and maintaining strategic alliances, it is necessary to improve aspects such as the fulfillment of objectives and the creation of cooperation agreements, in that way the companies can share information and other tangible and intangible resources with which they can achieve mutual benefits.
